The 4 People

What if there were only 4 people you needed to know to virtually know and understand everyone in the world? And not just get along but build dynamic relationships in spite of Race, Gender, or cultural background. In this session you will learn how to build instant rapport with others while gaining a greater understanding of yourself and those you encounter. You will learn how to identify a person’s personality style and effectively communicate with results. This session is filled with fun, engaging and empowering activities that will lead you to be a greater teammate, leader and everything in between.

-Participants will be able to identify the 4 key DiSC personalities.

-Participants will grow their understanding of themselves and others leading them to be better teammates and leaders

-Participants will learn to see pass gender, race and cultural backgrounds to see what truly makes people.

-Participants will be able to build greater rapport with those they encounter everyday and for special occasions (interviews, classes, etc)
