The newest of Start Smart Life’s workshops, “Take the LEAD” was designed for any student looking to become more effective as an overall student or officer within an organization. One of the highlights of this workshop is the goal setting process. 2-4 days after the workshop, Darryl personally conducts an accountability call to ensure that personal and organizational goals set during the workshop are being met. This call is to maintain accountability, excitement, and fun after the program is complete.
