Let’s face it; college is typically the time when many students begin the slow “death process” of pursuing everything but their true dreams. Opting for average over greatness; comfort over challenge; and ultimately death over life. It’s that serious! More than anything, our world needs students who will pursue their dreams and come alive. Whether that dream is to graduate to become a world-class teacher or become an entrepreneur.

In Dream On, Darryl provides the essentials to finding, developing, and pursuing dreams NOW. The result: a greater since of purpose, seriousness and resolve to complete college and to live an extraordinary life beyond. Based on Darryl’s first published book, Dream On is targeted to all college classes (freshman-senior). In this program, Darryl demystifies what it means to dream and gives practical, “rubber meet the road” information to cause immediate change within your students.

Dream On is an interactive and hands on program designed to provide students tools to fully take advantage of the foundational and most important period of life, college. Students will gain and learn:
