Every parent wants their child to be successful, but there's often a disconnect on how to ensure that their child will live out a big vision. They hope school or college will set them up for success, but they realize something is still missing. I have personally witnessed this with many parents and students and I decided to give you the information to make sure your child stands apart from the masses and sees their vision become a reality.

Parents', lets set your teens and young adults up for Greatness!

Did you know, According to AfterCollege, Just 14 percent of this year’s college seniors have steady, career-type jobs lined up for their lives after graduation.

Thus, 86 percent of America’s college grads — about five out of every six — have zilch in the way of career prospects for their post-campus lives.

According to Pew Research Center  In 2014, for the first time in more than 130 years, adults ages 18 to 34 were slightly more likely to be living in their parents’ home than they were to be living with a spouse or partner in their own household.

  • Reach college unprepared to excel and win.
  • They don’t understand the importance of personal development.
  • They have no clear VISION for their future
  • They think college is about just having fun
  • They don’t have any work ethic or drive
  • They don’t know how to line up a career or job after college.
  • They don’t know what it takes to be successful and win in life.
  • Their real life takes a back seat to their social media life
  • They do not value relationships and professional networking
  • What was once desires are now past memories
  • After college, they struggle with finding work that gives expression to who they are and their true strengths and bent.
  • They get serious about life and decide to take control of the steering wheel.
  • They have a new perspective and drive in life.
  • They value professional networking and having mentors at a young age.
  • They make strategic alliances with friends and mentors that gave them an unfair advantage.
  • They get clear on their vision and what they wanted early.
  • They learn how to get the most out of their day through productivity and goal setting.
  • They learn how to push through challenging times and maintain their motivation along the way.
  • They learn the secrets of self motivation.
  • They are leading the pack and setting new benchmarks among their colleagues and friends.
  • They accomplish major wins early in life.
  • Above all, they learn and maximized their strengths and find work that aligned with who they were.

As a millennial, I know first hand what it feels like to have NO direction, No help, and No guidance while starting my life as a real adult. I graduated at the very beginning of the worse financial crisis the US has ever seen. It wasn’t until I found mentors, gained clarity about my vision and began to focus on my development, until I found true success. I started to soak in what it meant to truly excel.

It wasn’t until I found mentors, gained clarity about my vision and began to focus on my development, until I found true success. I started to soak in what it meant to truly excel.

  • I landed my dream job working for a Fortune 250 company in Sales and Marketing.
  • I won numerous Sales awards along the way based off the clarity gained in my younger years.
  • I had perhaps the biggest win in my life and married my beautiful wife in college.
  • I’ve started my company, Start Smart Life, where I travel the country inspiring, informing and empowering young people across the nation to go after their vision.
  • I authored my first book “Dream On”.
  • I have produced several young adult success tools
  • I have launched an online video blog that speaks to 1000s of people every week
  • I am a personal life coach for many students
  • I have spoken to over 1000's of students
  • I have spoken to 100's of academia administrators
  • I am traveling the world not just for business but personal adventures as well

Now, I’ve developed the best program ever to help teens and young adults achieve the same or BETTER results than I have in my own life.

Frustrated, worried, afraid; was how this parent felt. She wanted the best for her daughter. She did everything she could to ensure her success, but, “is it enough?” she thought. Is my child listening to me ? Is she ignoring me? She’s not as engaged at home as she used to be. It seems like her cell phone gets more attention than I do. It seems like my child is more consumed with pleasing her friends than listening to me. Am I losing my influence? Is social media stealing my influence?

These are common fears of many parents of teens and young adults. The ages where it seems like all of the innocence and cuteness of your child is thrown out of the window.

To make matters worse, it’s the time where your child needs the most direction. College responsibility, career, money management… are quickly approaching and questions linger.

  1. Are they ready?
  2. Can they thrive without me?
  3. Have I done my job in preparing them?
  4. Have I failed them?
  5. Do they get the big picture?
  6. Will they make quality decisions?
  7. Ive’ done all that I can, what else can I do?

Over the years, I’ve had the privileged of working with parents and students around the world. Through various coaching and speaking programs, I’ve worked with parents who would be considered lower class, middle class and rich and I’ve found that there’s one common thread: MOST parents want the best for their child and will do all that they can to see them successful.

As a college speaker, I’ve been able to witness the “other side”, where teens and young adults show their true colors. I’ve spoken to and met 100s and 1000s of students and I’ve found “The Gap” and missing ingredients. After I speak, students often ask me tons of questions. During our workshops, students share where they are lacking. In one on one coaching with students, they share their most intimate failures and insecurities. In all of these mediums, the same missing ingredients show.

We designed the Vision Fulfillment Box based on closing these missing ingredients. We asked ourselves how can we close the gap and created a product that would make the difference.

Using these tested strategies, I will take your child step by step through the process to help them create and develop their own life blueprint. A blueprint that will serve them well into their adult years and cause them to live a happy, flourishing and ever winning life.

Graduating from college, starting a career and living an above average life is not as easy as it used to be. The job market is more competitive, the world is changing faster than it ever has, and what worked 10 years ago is obsolete. Now more than ever, skills and development beyond the classroom is needed. The students who know who they are, know what they want, and how to get there are those who will rise to the top.

With the Vision Fulfillment Box, our goal was to give teens and young adults the kick start in life that every adult wished they had. As a parent, you can stop worrying about did you do everything possible to make sure your child is setup for success, because with this box you can guarantee you did.

Self Awareness: In this module, we lead students to discovering who they are, what their strengths are, their personality style and more. It’s hard to thrive in life without having a strong sense of who you are as a person. Fully understanding yourself and what you have to offer the world eliminates years of struggle and wasted time.

Vision, Desire, Why: In this module, we help students discover what they want and most importantly, why they want it. We help them get clear because Clarity is Power! In working with young adults across the nation, the overwhelming majority have no idea what they want or where they’re going. We help students to paint a picture of their future; a picture that inspires them to grow and change for the better.

Goals: In this module, we lead students to take their vision and what they see on a high level and create clear, specific, rubber meet the road goals. We give them a system for not only creating goals but taking action on those goals on a daily basis.

Productivity: I know from personal experience that you can have all the goals and vision in the world but unless you learn how to take 24 hours and execute, you won’t accomplish anything. Productivity is a personalized art. There’s a flow that we all have that creates momentum. When we find that daily flow, we tap our potential like never before. Here, we lead young adults to finding their personal flow.

Relationships: In this module, we go deep into relationships. We give systems and tools to aid young adults in finding strong mentors, allies, friends, and a special section on spouse selection. The saying is true, sometimes it’s not what you know, but who you know. Building strong, mutually beneficial relationships is a skill that pays dividends.

Maintaining Vision & Motivation:  What good is having vision and being motivated if you can’t maintain it. No matter how good this box is or any product for that matter, every human has the tendency to lose steam. Time, failure, disappointment, and tragedy has a way of taking away our motivation if we allow it to. We can prepare ourselves to weather any circumstance with the proper shifts in thinking. In this section, we share what those shifts are.

There are worksheets that coincide with each audio lesson. The worksheets is where the work get done. The work is where the true magic happens. We made the worksheets fun and easy to complete.

  • In the guided map, we lay out a 6 week journey.
  • We wanted to create a resource that would make this box easy, fun and doable.
  • Each week is filled with activities that coincide with the module.
  • We created the guided map to create a sense of momentum and accomplishment.
  • Most importantly, we give life changing steps that have the power to shift your child’s thinking.

We included a guided vision board and Big 3 Goal Card. Vision boarding is the practice of taking your vision and representing it through pictures from magazines, online and other resources. A vision board serves as a reminder of where you’re going. We have an entire section dedicated to the power of vision boards. We believe that you can’t believe what you can’t see. The more we can create points of reference in our mind and physically, the more desire we create for our better future.

  • The life portfolio is the icing on the cake.
  • We wanted to give a resource that helps young people answer the questions of life; to get crystal clear on what they want.
  • Get understanding of where they currently are and where they’re going.
  • Your child discovers questions they didn’t know they needed to answer.
  • The portfolio is in a book format so that it can be saved for future references.
  • We specifically designed this section for you, the parent, to work alongside your child.
  • They will have the answers to important life details.
