Not Your Mother’s Goals Workshop

Goals. We’ve all heard that goal setting is important. Yet, the average person either don’t set goals at all or set goals the incorrect way. This is unfortunate because studies show that those who set goals properly achieve 50 and even 100% more than those who don’t.

This workshop is all about showing attendees the deeper side of goal setting. We share secrets from ultra high achievers in a fun and interactive way. We go beyond the SMART formula into what it takes to be an intentional goal achiever whether it be in your personal life or within an organization.

We’ll embark on a goal journey, starting with the creation of “Big 3” Goals and ending with a mind shifting exercise based on our goal achievement formula. Attendees will walk away with the knowledge, tools and surprise goodies to achieve their big goals NOW.

Student Email Testimonial:

“Hey Daryl!

That workshop hands down has to be a life changer ,or at least mark a turning point on an outlook of my life.

It’s really interesting to me how everything in life happens for a reason. Earlier in the day I wanted to go to a workshop that was in your originally scheduled room but once I saw the sign on the door that it was moved to another location I gave up on the hunt …just out of pure laziness. Given the same obstacle,  somehow I managed to make it to your workshop and I’m grateful that I did.

Being optimistic is something I actually  take pride in striving for, so my reaction to the “goals” exercise kind of shook me up a bit. I guess I overlooked some key elements that may have deeply impacted  my perspective on some important things. Believe me , I’m definitely reevaluating some things.

I’m stubborn so an even bigger surprise is the fact that I was able to admit that out loud …and even to myself.

Thank you for holding your workshop despite the short attendance,  and I wanted to extend a huge heartfelt thank you for putting me on the spot like that and making me extremely uncomfortable.

Though I’m reflecting on it lightly, I’ve been taking real steps towards achieving my goals and the journey alone is encouraging as a whole.

I can’t thank you enough for being who you are and it was an honor meeting you and being a part of your session.

Good luck on your future endeavors of inspiring more people , I hope they meet you with open expectations!

Thank you , I’m reading your book.”
